I use modalities I've been trained in by teachers like Mandy Morris, Christie Marie Sheldon, and Oliver Niño, blending them with my own gifts as a healer and nurse. Each session is unique and guided by what your soul needs most.

Not at all, though I do ask that you come with an open heart and mind to the session. The truth is energy healing works whether or not you fully “believe” in it. Think of it like gravity—it’s working whether you understand the science behind it or not. It's like oxygen we all need it to breath, but we may not fully understand it or how it really works, but do you go around questioning how the oxygen is there and if you will be able to breath each minute of each day, nope you don't. So basically, all that’s required of you is to have an open heart, open mind and a willingness to receive.

Geo Love Healing is an energy‑clearing method rooted in sacred geometry—Oliver Niño, who created this modality, calls sacred geometry “the language of God.” It works by using specific geometric patterns to radiate the pure frequency of love through your energy field.

Instead of digging into trauma or reliving old pain, Geo Love Healing clears blocks gently but deeply. It harmonizes your aura, chakras, and even the energy imprints in your cellular memory and DNA. Think of it as an energetic detox, or surgery that helps restore flow, calm, and clarity—without the heaviness.

In sessions, we work with these sacred patterns to help release emotional residue, ancestral blocks, and environmental stress, so you can reconnect to who you really are and feel safe, light, and aligned again.

While therapy often focuses on the mind and coaching on forward action, energy healing works with your whole system—mind, body, and spirit. It clears stuck energy at the root level, so your emotional and mental shifts happen faster and with less resistance. We focus on emotions mind and energy as well. Many clients love combining my healings with coaching to integrate changes fully.

You may experience some sensations, or you may experience nothing at all, just have a calming restful healing. You may also see colors or images during the healing, thoughts may come and go, you may feel the energy moving through your body in ways like tingling, yawning, crying, laughing coughing burping. Each person's experience is different for no person is wired the same spiritually, we all have our own spiritual fingerprint and identity, God made us different for a reason.

I can do both. My sessions work beautifully online because energy has no boundaries and it where I do most of my work right now—it’s just as powerful across a screen.
